She’s already chalked up romantic trips to Paris, Rome and Barcelona in recent months and now Kylie Minogue has taken her tour of love to New York. The pop star was spotted arriving in the city’s airport today with her boyfriend Andres Velencoso in tow. The 41-year-old was uncharacteristically casual in worn jeans, a plaid shirt and trainers and Andres followed her lead in denims, a black T-shirt and runners.
The couple looked in good spirits despite the long flight, with the Spanish model even delivering a thumbs up to photographers on arrival.
Kylie, who has been dating Andres for nine months, seems determined to make her latest relationship work.
As well as taking her boyfriend on a series of holidays and signing up for joint golf lessons, she has also put in time winning over her potential in-laws.
In June she was seen mucking in at his parents Spanish bar and it seems her efforts have paid off with sources saying she has been embraced by the family.
But Kylie never has her music career far from mind and she is preparing to begin work on her 11th studio album.
She has again recruited music producer Calvin Harris, who will collaborate with Kylie next year.
Calvin, who worked on Kylie’s last record, X, confirmed he will team up with her after he completes a project with Katy Perry.
He said: ‘I’m going out to work with Katy in December, oh and Kylie early next year – I can’t wait!’
